A Woman’s Guide to Midlife- from 39 and beyond

At 46, I can confidently say that I am deep in the thickets of experiencing ‘midlife’ with all of the ups and downs and sideways turns it has to offer. I’ve written quite a bit about women’s journeys in midlife over the past seven years and planned on putting them into a book but haven’t gotten the time nor the energy to do so. So instead, I thought it may benefit you, my dear readers, to have all of these pieces of writing on the same topic organized and laid out systematically in the hopes that they will help you or someone you care about better navigate this bumpy terrain.
