I’m planning on writing a series this fall on gratitude and being thankful as a major life-enhancing tool. For one of the articles, I would like to compile a big long list- from my readers- on what they are grateful and thankful for in their lives. Once compiled, I will have a fabulous long list of things you can remind yourself to be grateful/thankful for. Plus, by sending me 5-10 things on your gratitude list, you will feel instantly uplifted by focusing on the good things in your life. Here’s a quick example of a gratitude list:
- Feeling the sun on my face this afternoon
- A big hug from my child
- Reading a hilarious fluffy novel and losing myself in it
- Taking a yoga class and feeling connected to my mind, body and spirit as a result
- Cuddling my cat and listening to him purr
