As you probably are aware, I specialise in working with Highly Sensitive People (or HSPs). I’ve become increasingly more passionate about helping HSP’s navigate this non-HSP world successfully as we are the minority and often feel like there is something wrong with us because we are different. I’ve recently started scouring the internet for other HSP resources and have found some wonderful goodies to share with you. My favourite so far is an incredible yoga and meditation series designed by an HSP yoga teacher named Melissa West for HSPs specifically. Of course, I had to be the guinea pig for you and try ALL of the yoga sequences and meditations in this course and found them to be deeply nourishing and transformative.
I was so impressed with the series that I connected with Melissa directly- she happens to live in my neighbourhood- and was delighted when we were able to do a social-distance walk along the ocean and discuss how and why she created this HSP series. She is a lovely person and incredible yoga teacher. Besides her incredible free HSP series, she also offers a wonderful online yoga membership community which you can join if you want more structure and support for your daily yoga practise.
