Below is a short video clip where I share what it means to be an HSP, cultivating and expressing our unique perspective on the world, and how to take excellent care of yourself while being in the minority. Enjoy!
Making Peace With Food and Our Bodies: FREE Audio Program
I am aware -now more than ever- that all across Canada, women are struggling with compulsive overeating (and all other variations of eating disorders) and are for many COVID-related reasons, having a hard time accessing resources to help them recover. I had been racking my brain trying to figure out how I can offer my help to these women…until it suddenly dawned on me that even if many can’t afford individual therapy, I can offer my expertise gained over twenty years for FREE through the spoken word. So many of us get our only exercise and taste of freedom while going for a long walk every day while we listen to music, podcasts, or audiobooks.
In that vein, I decided to make the audiobook version of It’s Not About the Food: A Woman’s Guide to Making Peace with Food and Our Bodies FREE! This labour of love published over a decade ago, took me many years to write and has helped thousands of women free themselves from the shackles of food/weight/body image preoccupation and to embark upon a healthy, peaceful relationship towards food and their bodies.
Below is a short video clip which provides an overview of the what is contained in the audiobook. Please take advantage of this free offering and if you find it helpful, pass it on to those who could also benefit. Once you’ve downloaded all six sessions onto your mobile device, put on those running shoes, get out the door for your well-deserved break, get your heart pumping and take a listen to what I have to share with you. Enjoy!
