Top Five Tips to Stop Overeating

Do you sometimes find yourself headfirst in a bag of cookies or chips or a tub of ice cream (fill in the blank)… and before you know it, you’ve eaten the whole thing? Do you then feel overly full, shameful at what you’ve done and hopeless to find peace with food? You can end this habit for good.
